Terms of Service

Authorized use

ReadyRoute Answers is available only to drivers and other users authorized by a participating company. Keep credentials private and use the service only for legitimate company operations.

Operational-reference limitation

RRA supports trained drivers; it does not replace required training, law, safety requirements, a manager, station direction, or emergency services. Follow the conditions and exceptions shown with an answer. If RRA cannot provide a verified answer, or if the situation is unsafe or urgent, stop and contact the appropriate manager, station, or emergency service.

User questions

Do not enter personal information, customer names, addresses, phone numbers, tracking numbers, passwords, or confidential information in RRA questions. You are responsible for what you submit and for confirming your use is authorized.

Availability and changes

ReadyRoute works to keep RRA accurate and available, but service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, or network conditions. Procedures, features, and these terms may be updated.

Accounts

Participating companies control who is authorized. ReadyRoute may suspend access to protect users or the service. Drivers may request account deletion through the account deletion page.
